Our Spring season will begin Tuesday April 1st this year.

As many of you drive past Cerny’s this time of year, you may be wondering why the parking lot is full when it’s only March. Well, with freezing temperatures outside, the Cerny’s Crew is more than happy to get back to work in the greenhouses. We are currently planting all of our beautiful hanging baskets and combination baskets. Yes, we are really planting tiny baby dragonwing begonias and supertunia baskets already! Along with the hanging baskets, our benches are overflowing with 10″ geranium pots in all colors. Soon, all of the hanging baskets will be hanging up, making room for the thousands of 4 1/2″ pots that need to be planted with begonias, geraniums, verbena, succulents, and other plants.

The greenhouses will be bursting with color soon. Hundreds of thousands of hardy homegrown annuals and perennials await your arrival. It’s truly a sight to behold.
